Oi... fellow friends.
I have ponder since day one back in CC, when the room first came to be more than just an idea, a rpg in other rooms, a rpg in me mind and with friends via other channels. I watched the forum, where our board shared with another place. I always ponder how it could be improved, how Annwfn could be a room where Folk lore rp with of course focus on fa'ae, how it could be more than just a room. Where thus that had similar ideas and loves to the Folk Lores, the fa'ae and much more could have fun, rp, meet up and hang out and so. This stretched also over to the board. I wanted to create a place with friends, a home a mm tribe if ye wish. A place where one could feel home. A place where one could express oneself and know that whatever happen off line as well as on-line there was always this place, this corner in the huge net.. where a fireplace always would burn..
As ye have seen I have tried to change the board here and there. There has been a mention via IM, here and so on.. I have been inspired of Hippolyta's The art garden forum. There is something with that place I like, its about design / art / cretivity but too a feeling of family, a feeling of a places where friends can gather, talk, be creative, help one and other be it in creativity or just be a shoulder when needed etc.
And for me design and art is not always about a picture, av or a photo. Its about creativity. To write a post, to think, to write peoms, novels or just a line. To how the codes are looking for a html doc, to the look of a forum, a digital painting, photo remix, sound remixing.. etc etc etc.. but also I wish to create a place for everyone, where creativity can sparkle, know that here ye have ye friends and a safe wonderful place.
I hope that ye guys here really really feel ye are part of this, part of Annwfn. This little tribe of the Gentry, the Folk in the Sidhe..
With this thread I would like us let our creativity lose, how could we rebuild this board to make it be that fireplace.. How can I as a RL help ye to feel part of this on this very board and the room. How can we make this board, room alive. Not just rp.. but alive as in that when ye open the Annwfn board its like pull the leather cover from the opening of our Sidhe and see the fire that burns in our fireplace.
