About the event and other things

Super important:

As rt has been a bit biggy for everyone, I have decided that we will take this event at the end of July, somewhere in the start of August. This is better couse then we have more time to plan this in depth, get our ideas clear. Auction and such all set up.
But most important we can concentrate on the big chunk of text that is to be written to the site, and have all this things around the room done and finish before the "grand opening" lack of better words..

please come with comments, responses etc on this

Ye are very welcome to help, check out the this thread annfyn.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=ooc&action=display&thread=30

There we have started to talk about ideas, the only change then is have it another date than is taken up there. That is about the event.. and ye are very welcome to join in to help with other things too. Lets coordinate with the others so nae one does the wheel again lol so to say.
